Allegion is recruiting a Digital Workplace Administrator to provide third-line support for Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams. You will design and optimize collaboration services, participate in M&A-related migrations, and develop automation tools to improve operations across a global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Hands-on with SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
• PowerShell or similar scripting for automation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Act as third-line escalation for complex incidents in Microsoft 365.
• Perform advanced administration, configuration, and optimization.
• Lead root-cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Design and deliver collaboration solutions aligned to security and compliance.
• Support global M&A activities including migrations.
• Develop automation tooling to streamline administration.
• Provide user training and adoption support.
