Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties including filing and phone/email communications.
• Handle other duties as assigned and maintain accurate records.
• Support customer service through needs assessment and quality evaluation.
• Demonstrate careful attention to detail and teamwork in a warehouse setting.
• Operate using basic office equipment and software (Outlook, Excel).
