Job summary

IMKO in Sedalia, MO is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator for day shift operations. You will help manage inbound and outbound shipments, generate labels and packing lists, track orders and inventory, and coordinate carrier pickups.

The role requires comfort with computers, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse/shipping experience is preferred; AS400/ERP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior shipping, receiving, warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Comfort using computers and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift/RF scanner experience and AS400 or similar systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and required paperwork.
• Track orders, inventory, and shipment information.
• Schedule carrier pickups and deliveries.
• Assist with picking, packing, loading and unloading as needed.
• Use warehouse/ERP systems to maintain accurate records.
• Help resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies.
• Follow company safety, quality, and shipping procedures.
