Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Stevens Point, WI, is seeking a Packaging and Quality Control Associate to ensure labels, packaging integrity, and overall product quality after the HPP process. You will follow safety standards and assist with setup to maintain product integrity.

You will identify non-conforming items, report equipment malfunctions, document daily activities, and keep the work area clean, contributing to a fast-paced production team committed to quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage while wearing PPE.
• Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Set up cylinders, tables, and necessary forms at the start of every shift.
• Identify non-conforming packaging/products and remove from the production line.
• Communicate any malfunctions to maintenance.
• Ensure all documentation and reporting is completed daily.
• Maintain a clean work area.
