Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Effective spoken and written communication; English proficiency.
• Strong math and numerical reasoning; able to perform basic calculations.
• Good problem-solving and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Check produce slots daily to ensure shipping-ready quality.
• Communicate quality issues to buyers and assist resolution to ensure best product quality.
• Ensure proper rotation and report rotation problems to stockers/supervisors.
• Monitor spoilage/damage variance reports for accurate accounting.
• Greet internal and external customers and maintain quality customer service.
• Inspect inbound, warehoused, and outbound product and document condition.
• Analyze quality issues and propose corrective actions.
• Observe safety, sanitation policies and procedures.
