Job summary

Planet Pharma seeks a Warehouse Associate to support plasma product receiving, handling, storage, and outbound shipping in a GMP environment. You will unload, scan, verify, and process products with inventory systems while ensuring labeling accuracy, documentation, and product integrity.

The role requires strict adherence to cold-chain procedures (2-8°C), safety protocols, and SOPs, with regular lifting of cases up to 32 lbs in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and stage outbound shipments.
• Scan, verify, and process plasma products using inventory systems.
• Verify labeling, documentation, and product integrity.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or quality concerns.
• Follow cold chain handling procedures and exposure requirements.
• Support pallet preparation, shipment reconciliation, and general warehouse tasks.
• Maintain SOPs and a clean, organized workspace.
• Adhere to GMP and safety requirements.
• Work in refrigerated environments (2-8°C) and lift up to 32 lbs.
• Operate in a fast-paced, time-sensitive operation.
