Job summary

Premier Food Supplies LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate receipt, storage, fulfillment, and shipment of products in a safe, organized warehouse environment.

You will receive, inspect, and document shipments, pick/pack orders, load/unload with equipment, and maintain inventory storage areas, with regular counts and discrepancy reporting. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Forklift certification is a plus (training may be provided).
• Previous experience in cold, freezing, or hot warehouse temperatures (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders.
• Load and unload with manual or delivery trucks using equipment.
• Maintain organized and clearly labeled inventory storage areas.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow established safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
• Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
