Job summary

Bio Pharma Logistics (BPL) in Louisville, Kentucky, is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate I to handle temperature-sensitive healthcare products. You will pick orders, prepare shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy in refrigerated and freezer environments using RF scanners and a WMS system.

Expect Monday–Friday shifts (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) with possible weekend work. Minimum warehouse experience and a high school diploma required; ERP experience is a plus. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience required.
• Hands-on experience with RF scanners and WMS required.
• Experience with order picking, inventory counts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• ERP experience preferred; High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders and prepare shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and track products using RF scanners and WMS.
• Follow safety procedures in refrigerated and freezer environments.
• Complete transactions and ensure product integrity during handling.
