Grifols is seeking a Plasma Material Handling Operator at the Clayton, NC Plasma Logistics Center. This role handles incoming plasma, controls inventory, and ensures accurate receipts and distribution using the Plasma Management System.

It requires adherence to CGMP standards and safety protocols. The position supports CGMP compliance, requires forklift operation, and involves working in cold environments with potential overtime.

Competenze

• One to two years of experience in Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or other FDA licensed Industry is required.
• Experience using forklifts and/or other power equipment.
• Experience reading, understanding, and following Standard Operating Procedures is desirable.

Mansioni

• Unload plasma shipments, identify and sort types of plasma, and enter receipts into the Plasma Management System (SGP).
• Inspect equipment for damage and determine suitability for further use in production (crates, pallets).
• Use Radio Frequency Terminal (RFT) equipment to control and monitor inventory movements within all freezer and warehouse locations.
• Locate plasma by verifying and pulling material from freezer work orders.
• Identify and remove unsuitable plasma units from processed production units and consolidated lots.
• Assist Classification area by managing plasma that is rejected or relocated from the inspection line.
• Maintain CGMP compliance by ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Comply with all company policies/SOPs/cGMP/OSHA/EHS requirements.
• Able to work occasional overtime.
