Vets for Pets in Colchester is seeking a friendly Client Care Advisor to join our busy team. You will be at the heart of both our general practice and referral hospital, delivering an outstanding client experience over the phone, at reception, and in person.

You will split time between front-of-house duties, call centre tasks and administrative support, ensuring clients feel welcomed and well informed from first contact through to their pet’s visit.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Warm, friendly and professional manner
• Ability to stay calm and positive in busy environments
• Team-player mentality and reliability

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming clients and providing a superb front-of-house experience
• Handling inbound calls, messages, emails and appointment bookings
• Assisting Veterinary Surgeons and Registered Veterinary Nurses with admissions and discharges
• Taking payments and answering client queries
• Maintaining accurate client and patient records
• Coordinating communication across both sites and supporting clinical teams
