Job summary

Vets4Pets Colchester seeks a friendly Weekend Client Care Advisor to join our busy front‑of‑house team across Colchester practice and referral hospital. This weekend‑only role offers a regular part‑time pattern while keeping weekdays free.

You will welcome clients, handle calls and emails, assist with bookings, admissions and discharges, take payments and help keep client records accurate. Training provided; veterinary experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and providing an exceptional front‑of‑house experience.
• Handling inbound calls, digital messages and emails.
• Managing appointment bookings and client enquiries.
• Supporting patient admissions and discharges.
• Taking payments and assisting clients with their queries.
• Supporting referral coordination and communication between teams.
• Maintaining accurate client and patient records.
• Helping clinical teams with day‑to‑day administrative support.
• Supporting smooth patient and client flow throughout the hospital.
• Providing a calm, compassionate and professional service, particularly when clients may be worried about their pets.
• Working collaboratively with the wider weekend clinical and client care team.
