Job summary

Amesbury Vets for Pets is seeking a friendly, organized Client Care Advisor for a part-time role in Amesbury. You will be the first contact for clients, ensuring a warm visit for both pets and owners and linking clients with the clinical team.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, guiding them through services, handling payments and bookings, and maintaining smooth daily operations via our online booking system. 30 hours/week with 1 in 4 Saturdays, in line with national minimum wage.

Qualifications

• Friendliness and welcoming client-facing presence.
• Ability to convey guidance by staying up-to-speed with practice services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and pets, acting as a liaison between clients and the clinical team.
• Build strong relationships with clients, their pets and the team.
• Greet clients, offer support, guidance, and manage payments and bookings confidently.
• Coordinate day-to-day practice routines using the online booking system.
