Job summary

Jobtailor in Downers Grove, IL seeks an experienced ERP support specialist to be the first point of contact for COINS-related issues and to triage tickets. You will log resolutions in ServiceNow and assist with basic system administration tasks, including password resets and user terminations.

You will work with the support team to expand knowledge of COINS modules, troubleshoot features, and document resolutions. Travel roughly 10% of time and support multiple operating companies.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in a technology-related or ERP setting.
• Familiarity with ERP modules such as accounts payable/receivable, job costing, payroll, HR, and dispatch.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• HVAC construction/service industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for ERP-related calls, emails, and tickets.
• Triage, classify, resolve, or escalate support tickets promptly.
• Log resolutions in ServiceNow and assist with basic system administration tasks.
• Assist in expanding knowledge of COINS ERP modules and processes.
• Participate in testing new features and upgrades and maintain documentation.
• Help plan in-person user conferences and team meetings.
• Travel approximately 10% of time as business needs arise.
• Support approximately 30 EMCOR Operating Companies using COINS ERP.
