ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

VALERE is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst for our client. This role supports and enhances a construction-focused ERP environment, with a focus on system administration, reporting, and operational support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the COINS ERP platform, ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and integration across downstream systems while partnering with finance, operations, and field teams.

• Administer and support COINS ERP (configuration, security, users)
• Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and errors
• Manage service tickets and daily system support activities
• Write SQL queries for reporting, validation, and issue resolution
• Build and maintain reports and Power BI dashboards
• Troubleshoot APIs and vendor systems (e.g., Postman)
• Partner with business users to ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with vendors on integrations and connectivity
• Document processes and create SOPs
• Train and support end users

WHAT YOU BRING

• 4+ years in ERP support, systems analysis, or similar
• Experience with ERP systems (COINS, Sage, or similar)
• Intermediate SQL and reporting experience
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools
• Understanding of data pipelines and API integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and user support experience
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
