The Access Group is seeking a full-time remote Implementation Consultant - Finance to support a growing practice. This role involves partnering with customers to implement the COINS ERP solution, guiding them through requirements gathering, business process mapping, configuration, and training.

The ideal candidate will possess strong ERP system knowledge and be experienced in cost and construction accounting. This remote position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver effective training.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, including configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Experience in cost accounting and construction accounting systems.
• Ability to manage project issues effectively and balance multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with database tables and fields, document management, and data file management.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deliver customer workshops across various COINS ERP modules.
• Gather customer requirements and map business processes.
• Deliver training on software and business processes through workshops.
