Job summary

LeadStack Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to manage on-site cohort operations for Basecamp-like events in San Francisco. This six-month contract involves hands-on logistics, attendee management, and cross-functional coordination.

You'll own day-of logistics, speaker coordination, participant communications, and a program dashboard, with 20+ participant cohorts and monthly events. On-site role with travel for events and a W2 rate of $100-$120/hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in program coordination or event operations with logistics ownership.
• Experience running in-person onboarding cohorts or training events with 20+ participants.
• Strong written communications and proactive stakeholder follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Run day-of logistics for Basecamp cohorts including setup, AV, materials, catering, and timekeeping.
• Improve learner experience with prizes and recognition; capture recap highlights.
• Maintain cohort roster and assign participants; manage attendance and completion.
• Own participant communications from welcome emails to calendar invites and Slack channels.
• Maintain program dashboard and collect post-session surveys and NPS data.
• Coordinate SME speakers and keep run-of-show documents current.
• Manage calendar, backlog triage, and Asana hygiene.
• Produce a monthly program scorecard with attendance and completion metrics.
