Job summary

UpStart seeks a Cohort Programs Manager to coordinate UpStart's cohort delivery function and serve as the primary project manager across program pathways, supporting program implementation aligned with participant needs and outcomes.

The role acts as the first point of contact for cohort programs, ensuring a high-quality, mission-aligned learning experience for every cohort member. Travel up to 6 times per year for in-person events is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management in learning environments.
• Ability to translate curriculum or program plans into participant experiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of virtual and in-person cohort-based sessions across pathways.
• Own participant communications across the full program lifecycle.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless recruitment through program completion.
