Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others, learn quickly and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Maintain consistency with store policies, quality beverages and food, cash handling and safety standards.
• Assist in leading team members to deliver fast, friendly service and a welcoming store atmosphere.
