Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience required.
• Able to coach preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes.
• Able to delegate tasks to multiple staff members.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with craft and heart to keep the space welcoming.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products and safe cash handling.
• Coach and supervise team members during shifts.
• Uphold store policies and safety standards during busy periods.
