Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to lead daily operations and create a welcoming store environment for customers in the community. You will coach team members, ensure products meet standard recipes, and manage cash handling and safety practices.

Ideal candidates bring six months of customer interaction experience, along with ability to delegate tasks to a multi-person team and adapt to flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space for customers.
• Direct the work of team members to meet quality beverage and food standards.
• Coach staff on beverage preparation to standard recipes and customer customization.
• Oversee cash handling, store safety, and regulatory compliance per policy.
