Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to follow store policies and ensure safety and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Follow store policies and ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling and safety.
• Provide customer service with at least six months of experience.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation per standard recipes.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate workload.
