Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a beverage and food service team at a Starbucks location. You will ensure quality drinks, timely service, and a welcoming store environment for customers and partners.

The role requires coordinating tasks, coaching staff, and upholding store standards while working flexible hours across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer customizations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members to ensure quality beverages and service.
• Coach and delegate tasks to staff to meet shift goals.
• Maintain store policies, safety, and cash-handling during service.
