Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Able to meet store policies, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety.
• Experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees.
• Able to prepare and coach beverage/food prep to standard recipes or customer modifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for customers.
• Direct the work of team members and coach task delegation and efficiency.
• Ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling, and store safety during the shift.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with guests.
