Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Adherence to store policies and quality standards
• Six months' experience in customer-facing roles
• Six months' experience delegating tasks to others

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team members to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes
