Qualifications

• Attend regularly and punctually, with/without accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays
• Follow store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety
• 6 months experience in customer-facing role
• 6 months experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer specifications
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain smooth operations
