Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays
• Provide quality beverages and food, follow store policies, and ensure safety
• Six months experience in customer-facing role
• Six months experience delegating tasks to others
• Able to direct the work of others
• Able to learn quickly
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
