Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coordinate tasks of two or more employees.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet store goals.
• Uphold store policies and standards and support partner development.
