Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant/retail/guest service management experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Models and upholds Caribou policies and standards.
• Ensures the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts; writes timely, effective schedules.
• Owns the recruiting process from job posts to onboarding.
• Coaches, trains, and develops the team for growth and performance.
• Delivers coaching conversations and feedback to support the team.
• Acts as a brand ambassador in the community and handles guest issues effectively.
• Maintains safety, quality, and cleanliness per guidelines.
• Manages cash handling and loss prevention processes.
• Oversees fast, friendly service and consistent product quality.
