Job summary

5th HQ is seeking a motivated Equipment/Technical specialist for Coffee Vending Machines (East Coast) to support clients across the region. You will provide high-level technical support, demonstrate equipment operation, and guide technicians to resolve complex issues.

This role emphasizes proactive follow-up, relationship building, and upselling opportunities while adhering to company procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with coffee vending machines or similar equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical aptitude.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to read diagrams/blueprints.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide high-level guidance to field technicians and assist with complex issues.
• Demonstrate equipment operation and advise on optimal performance.
• Document procedures, keep service records, and report on sales activities.
• Present new products and services to clients and identify upsell opportunities.
• Adhere to company procedures and quality standards.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with customers.
