Job summary

5th HQ is seeking a Technical Ambassador for Coffee Vending Machines on the East Coast. You will provide high-level technical support, guide field technicians, and promote product improvements. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships and ensuring equipment performance.

Responsibilities include post-sale follow-up, troubleshooting complex issues, demonstrating equipment operation, and reporting on service activities. Spanish is a plus; bachelor's degree or technical cert preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with coffee vending machines or similar equipment.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certification preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Provide high-level guidance and support to field technicians, assisting with complex equipment issues.
• Demonstrate equipment operation and advise customers on optimal performance.
• Document procedures, maintain service records, and report on sales activities and account statuses.
• Present new products and services to existing clients and identify upsell opportunities.
• Adhere to company procedures and protocols, ensuring quality standards.
