Job summary

5th HQ is seeking a Technical Ambassador for Coffee Vending Machines (East Coast) to ensure client satisfaction and strengthen relationships across the Eastern region. You will guide technicians, troubleshoot issues, demonstrate equipment, and drive product enhancements.

The role emphasizes independence, strong communication, and ability to read technical diagrams. A technical degree or certification is preferred, and Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with coffee vending machines or similar technical equipment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Provide high-level guidance and support to field technicians on complex equipment issues.
• Demonstrate equipment operation and advise customers on achieving optimal performance.
• Document procedures and maintain service records; report on sales activities and account statuses.
• Present new products and services to existing clients and identify upsell opportunities.
• Adhere to company procedures and quality standards.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
