Job summary

5th HQ seeks a Technical Ambassador to support Coffee Vending Machines on the East Coast. You will work with clients post-sale, guide technicians, demonstrate equipment, and promote product enhancements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in coffee equipment, strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM like Salesforce is valued; a technical degree or cert is preferred, plus Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience with coffee vending machines or similar equipment.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Provide high-level guidance to field technicians and assist with complex issues.
• Demonstrate equipment operation and advise on achieving optimal performance.
• Document procedures and maintain service records; report sales activity and account status.
• Present new products to existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
• Adhere to company procedures and quality standards.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with customers.
