Job summary

5th HQ is seeking a Coffee Vending Machine Technician to service West Coast clients. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize coffee vending equipment while building strong relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, problem solving, and the ability to work independently. Experience with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus; Spanish language ability is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Coffee Vending Machine Technician.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for technical equipment.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Reading blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• MS Office proficiency; Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical certification preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
