Job summary

Blank Street is hiring a Training Coordinator to support training initiatives, coach field teams, and drive product quality across NY, DC, Boston, and beyond. You will monitor training completion, lead orientations, and assist with new product launches while traveling to stores.

You will champion a learning culture, develop actionable reporting, and build cross-functional relationships to elevate guest experiences and store performance.

Qualifications

• Coffee knowledge and expertise.
• Experience training within an established brand.
• Ability to create thoughtful and detailed training content and action plans.
• Product quality obsessed.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee barista training journey and track new hire progression.
• Lead in-store orientations, in-store training, and final assessments.
• Provide area training support and assist with new product launches.
• Manage training completion across multiple stores and markets.
• Develop cross-functional relationships to improve store performance.
• Inspire and tailor training to individuals to ignite passion for coffee.
