You will coach in-store teams, partner with Operations, and build strong training content and action plans to improve guest experience and product quality. You will lead orientations, seasonal trainings, new store openings, and coffee education, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for a Training Coordinator to help take Blank Street's barista and shift lead training to the next level. In this role, you'll support new team members from onboarding through accreditation, coaching them in-store and partnering closely with Operations to build confident, capable teams that deliver exceptional coffee, matcha, and hospitality.
You'll help drive training results by identifying opportunities for improvement, creating action plans with Operations, and sharing feedback from the field to strengthen our training programs, processes, and standards.
You'll also lead new hire orientations, seasonal drink trainings, new store opening trainings, coffee and matcha education, and team events like Latte Art Throw Downs in the Boston market. As Blank Street grows, you'll have the opportunity to take on new projects and help shape the future of training.
