As Blank Street's Training Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be supporting the team on all training initiatives ensuring high product quality performance across NY, DC, Boston stores among others! This role will coach the field team on Blank Street standards, conduct product quality assessments, and create actionable reporting that helps field teams continue to develop and improve their product quality. The Training Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking training completion across all markets. This role reports to the Training & Product Quality Manager and will require frequent travel to different Blank Street stores across NY, DC, Boston, Philadelphia and more!
This is a full time role (50 hours per week, 5 days a week) and requires flexibility to work outside of store operating hours, including weekends, as necessary.
