Job summary

La Colombe is seeking a Market Coffee Trainer to educate baristas and wholesale partners, upholding deliciousness, beverage integrity, and craft excellence across markets. You will train hands‑on, calibrate drinks, and promote hospitality and brand standards.

You’ll collaborate with Café Managers and the training team, support quality control checks, and help develop resources and programs with some travel required. A minimum of 4 years in the coffee industry is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in management or leadership roles is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for coffee and delivering exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on, in‑person training and coaching to baristas and wholesale accounts.
• Lead practical education including drink preparation, calibration, workflow, and service techniques.
• Serve as an ambassador for La Colombe coffee products, culture, and community.
