La Colombe is seeking a friendly Barista to energize our cafe with warmth and unforgettable service. You’ll learn coffee craft and engage customers, building a welcoming community around each cup.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail or hospitality roles.
• Pride in being part of a team and embodying One Dove principles.
• Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, take orders and serve with genuine connection.
• Create drinks with consistency and quality; training provided.
• Own your station and shift, showing responsibility and respect.
• Keep the space clean as part of the guest experience.
• Support teammates and look for ways to improve operations.
• Bring positive energy to every shift and guests will notice.
