Blank Street, Inc. in Boston is seeking a Training Coordinator to elevate our barista and shift lead training.

You will support new team members from onboarding through accreditation, coaching them in-store and partnering with Operations to build confident teams delivering great coffee and hospitality. You'll drive improvements, create action plans, share field feedback, lead new hire orientations, seasonal drink trainings, store openings, and events like Latte Art Throw Downs, with

Qualifications

• 2+ years barista and training experience
• Willingness to travel regularly between stores across Boston, NY, DC and Philadelphia
• Master of time management and prioritization
• Expert in milk steaming with textures for lattes, flat whites, and cappuccinos
• Ability to pour latte art with consistency
• This is a full time role (50 hours per week, 5 days a week) with some weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Lead barista and shift lead training and development
• Onboard new team members from onboarding through accreditation
• Create detailed training content and action plans
• Partner with Operations to build confident, capable teams
• Lead events like Latte Art Throw Downs and seasonal drink trainings
• Shape and improve training programs and standards as Blank Street grows
