La Colombe is seeking a Barista to bring energy, warmth, and unforgettable service to every cup we craft. You’ll engage with customers, take orders, and craft drinks with consistency while joining a team that values hospitality and growth.

Training will be provided to help you become a coffee expert in the La Colombe way. This on-site role emphasizes fast-paced teamwork, cleanliness, and a friendly, energetic store presence.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality where the focus is customer facing (a plus, but not required – we’ll train you!)
Takes pride in being part of a team and embodies One Dove principles—Kindness, Respect, Deliciousness, Efficiency, and Cleanliness
Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting

Responsibilities

Be the face of the café—engage with customers, take orders, and serve with genuine connection
Create drinks with consistency, quality, and style (training provided)
Own your station, your shift, and your energy; responsible and respectful teamwork
