Job summary

Blank Street in Boston is seeking a Training Coordinator to elevate our barista and shift lead training. You will support onboarding through accreditation, coaching teams in-store, and partnering with Operations to develop confident, hospitality-focused staff serving coffee and matcha.

You'll design training content, lead new hire orientations, and drive improvements across programs while thriving in a fast-paced, in-person role reporting to a Boston Training Associate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years barista and training experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly between stores in Boston, NY, DC and Philadelphia.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Expert in milk steaming with precise textures for lattes, flat whites, and cappuccinos.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire orientations, seasonal drink trainings, and store openings.
• Develop training content and action plans with Operations.
• Coach teams in-store and drive improvements across programs and standards.
• Strengthen training processes and align with company-wide goals.
