Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC in Missouri seeks an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager, maintain day-to-day operations, and foster a guest-focused culture in a fast-paced café.

You will lead onboarding, coaching, and ongoing staff development, ensure drink quality and service standards, and manage routines such as deposits and invoices while promoting a safe, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of daily store operations and drink quality standards.
• Ability to lead by example and adapt to any role as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable with initiative and completion of training modules.
• Understanding of Ziggi’s brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and manage daily operations.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and guest-focused work environment.
• Communicate clearly with GM, owners, and staff.
• Handle basic admin duties: inventory ordering, deposits, invoices.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Step into GM absences as a reliable on-shift leader.
