Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager who pairs hands-on leadership with guest‑focused service to uphold our standards and culture. Working with the General Manager, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations, maintain drink quality, and coach team members to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months leadership in a coffee shop or similar setting; Ziggi’s experience preferred.
• Strong grasp of daily store operations, drink quality standards, and service fundamentals.
• Able to lead by example, give and receive feedback, and step into any role as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and initiative.
• Completion of required training and understanding of brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, hands‑on training, and continual team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment prioritizing guest experience and team well‑being.
• Communicate clearly with the General Manager, store owners, and team members.
• Execute administrative duties including inventory ordering, deposits, and invoices.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and act as shift decision‑maker.
