Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Anthem, AZ to support the General Manager in driving exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations. You will lead by example, coach team members, and uphold store standards for service and quality.

The role emphasizes staff development, safety, and a positive store culture, while ensuring consistent communication with leadership and timely execution of tasks on shift.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop, café, or similar fast-paced setting (Ziggi’s experience preferred).
• Strong grasp of daily store operations, drink quality standards, and service fundamentals.
• Able to lead by example, give and receive feedback, and step into any role as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and ability to take initiative without supervision.
• Completion of required training modules and a strong understanding of brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support new hire onboarding, hands-on training, and continual team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment that prioritizes guest experience and team well-being.
• Communicate consistently and clearly with the General Manager, store owners, and team members.
• Execute administrative duties including ordering inventory, preparing deposits, and entering invoices.
• Assist in upholding health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and serve as a reliable decision-maker on shift.
