The Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC team is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily store operations with energy and accountability. You will guide guest experience, team development, and store culture to deliver exceptional service.

You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and quality standards while coaching a diverse team to reach goals and grow into future leaders in a fast-paced coffee environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a coffee shop, café, or fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee service operations, drink preparation, and guest experience standards.
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Comfortable managing labor goals, scheduling, and inventory.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to stay calm, clear, and effective under pressure.
• Passionate about creating a positive team culture and growing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
• Provide clear, ongoing feedback to team members to promote growth, accountability, and performance.
• Interview, onboard, and train new staff in alignment with company values and standards.
• Write and maintain employee schedules while managing labor goals and shift coverage needs.
• Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and waste reduction practices.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Drive team performance by reviewing guest feedback, quality audits, and service metrics.
• Communicate effectively with owners, leadership, and staff to ensure alignment and clarity.
