Responsibilities

• Ensures the Ziggi's Standards of Service—exceptional customer service, quality, accuracy, speed.
• Maintains communication with staff, the General Manager, Store Owners, and designated contacts.
• Helps onboard and train new team members.
• Provides ongoing support, development, and coaching for all team members.
• Maintains a safe and secure working environment for employees.
• Places weekly orders with vendors.
• Puts together bank deposits and enters invoices into QuickBooks.
• Maintains store cleanliness, stock, and organization to meet standards.
• Ensures compliance with health codes and food safety requirements.
• Addresses customer complaints and reports to managers.
