Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group seeks a Coffee House Supervisor to lead Blue Collar Coffee Co.'s team. You’ll oversee hiring, scheduling, payroll, inventory control and weekly orders while upholding high standards of guest service and product quality.

You will train staff, enforce procedures, and drive cost containment, scheduling efficiency, and a positive work environment across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in front-of-house operations and/or assistant management.
• Knowledge of guest service standards and cash handling basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, scheduling, payroll and other managerial duties as assigned.
• Coordinate weekly ordering and communicate product changes as needed.
• Ensure adherence to Geronimo Hospitality standards for service and sanitation.
• Develop and improve staff training programs and policies.
• Maintain guest-focused service and respond to inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in achieving sales, cost control and staff development objectives.
