Responsibilities

• Perform 2–3 service calls at commercial coffee locations (cafes, hotels, hospitality accounts).
• Measure electrical values and read diagrams to trace faults.
• Identify fittings and fabricate adapters as needed.
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment with care and accuracy.
• Look up part numbers in diagrams and machine documentation.
• Record accurate service notes and maintain organized tickets in ServiceTitan.
• Communicate findings clearly to customers and calibrate machines by tasting coffee.
