Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions in Victoria, TX seeks a Coffee Equipment Technician to service commercial coffee machines. You will diagnose faults, read electrical/hydraulic diagrams, and replace components as needed, while keeping detailed service notes and communicating findings to customers.

You will work on 2–3 calls daily, manage tickets, and maintain parts documentation. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and a proactive, hands-on approach are required.

Qualifications

• Using a multimeter to take voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity readings.
• Reading electrical and hydraulic diagrams to trace faults to their source.
• Referencing parts diagrams and machine documentation for part numbers.
• Writing accurate, professional service notes with complete sentences and correct spelling.

Responsibilities

• Handle two to three service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts.
• Disassemble and reassemble components with care.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes; build adapters when needed.
• Explain findings clearly to customers in plain language.
• Tasting coffee regularly to confirm a machine is dialed in after a repair.
