Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician to diagnose and repair commercial espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems. You’ll operate largely in the field with a company-support team, performing routine service calls and maintaining precise records.

Expect hands-on work, 2–3 site visits weekly, and a clear progression path. After training, a company vehicle is provided and you’ll start from a home base in the greater Austin area.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a multimeter and hand tools.
• Experience with home electrical work, plumbing repairs, or hands-on projects is expected.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to lift 75 lbs, and a smartphone for required apps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 2–3 service calls at commercial coffee locations (cafés, hotels, hospitality).
• Measure electrical parameters and trace faults using diagrams.
• Identify thread types, fabricate adapters, and assemble equipment carefully.
• Look up part numbers and reference machine documentation.
• Write accurate service notes and manage tickets in ServiceTitan.
